Follow these steps to initiate a shift trade in the Dayforce web browser. For instructions on picking up a shift trade in the Dayforce app please refer to this article.
1. Log into Dayforce
Note: If you need help logging into Dayforce, reach out to your manager. Once you log in, please set up your security questions to receive automated password resets in the future by using these instructions.
2. Navigate to your Calendar
3. Click on the shift you would like to trade and select Shift Trade and choose the appropriate option
4. In this example the shift is selected to Offer shift to everyone. If the correct shift has been chosen click Post.
5. Shifts that you have selected to trade will contain a blue circle with a white down arrow in a blue circle icon as shown below.
