Found something that you think is the perfect fit?

The next step is to let your manager know you have an interest in the role and have applied so they can help you ensure you are eligible for the new role or transfer.

To be eligible you must:

  • Employees should be in their current position for at least 12 months. Exceptions may be made at hourly level in markets with cross-functional roles.

  • Employees who have received any disciplinary actions within the last 6 months or who have received a final written warning within the last 12 months, including for attendance, are not eligible for transfers or promotions

  • Salaried employees should be rated at least "meets expectations" on all competencies, with a record of successfully meeting or exceeding goals in their current role

Your manager will work with your People Business Partner to ensure your eligibility and expedite the screening of your application.

No formal interviews or conversations will happen prior to you notifying your current manager.

I am eligible, what happens next?

Change of Scenery

If you are looking to transfer to a new location but in the same job, you will be set up to meet with the hiring team in the new location to ensure a good fit and to understand the needs, available shifts, and expectations for the spot you are looking to fill.

Applying for a New Role?

If you are looking to transition into a new role your application screening will be expedited but you will go through the standard interview process to ensure you have the right skill sets, competencies, and experience to make you successful in your new role.

They have chosen me for the role, what now?

The hiring manager and your current manager will work with you to determine a start date that meets both your availability as well as business needs.  There is a need for all parties to be a bit flexible so understand there may be a slight delay in the timeline to allow for overall business continuity.
