Nurse Triage Services
Through CorVel, Motivate provides nurse triage services for all employees. After a work-related incident, employees can call the nurse triage service via the contact information below. Nurses on the phone will perform a triage process that guides the employee to the appropriate level of care for treatment based on the information obtained during that call. Contacting nurse triage also helps initiate the documentation process for injury reporting required for any worker's compensation claims. Employees will also have more access to telemedicine for workers’ compensation claims to reduce in-person doctor’s visits and return to work sooner.
