Follow these 8 steps to pick up a shift trade in the Dayforce app. For instructions on initiating shift swaps in the Dayforce web browser please refer to this article.
1. Log into Dayforce in the app and click on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
2. Click on the Calendar option
3. Click on the People icon
4. Click on Show Available Shifts
5. Click on the day that you would like to pick up the shift. Then click View Available Shifts
6. Select one of the Available Shifts that you would like to work
7. Confirm shift selection by clicking Pick Up Shift
8. Confirm that you would like to pick up the shift by clicking OK
