Keeping your personal information such as phone number, email address and emergency contact up-to-date in Dayforce is important and will ensure that you receive all communications. This information can be added on the website or in the mobile app by following the steps below.

1. Log into Dayforce

Note: If you need help logging into Dayforce, reach out to your manager. Once you log in, please set up your security questions to receive automated password resets in the future by using these instructions.


2. Navigate to Profile & Settings


 

3. Under Contact Information click the blue plus icon to edit your phone number, email and emergency contacts. Confirm that you have an email address that is Verified and the Alerts check box has been selected per these instructions 



In the mobile app


1. From the home menu, tap the 3 horizontal lines menu icon and then select My Profile.



2.  From My Profile, tap the Edit option in the upper right corner. A menu will appear below, choose Edit Contact Information.



3. Add to and edit your profile, ensuring that you have information in all fields and that you have at least one email address that is verified as shown below. Click Save.
