The learning management system (LMS) used at Motivate is called TalentLMS. Please see below for details on how to access TalentLMS on both computers and mobile devices.


1. Access TalentLMS

To access TalentLMS, open an internet browser and type in the following URL based your location:


OH Team: columbus-motivateco.talentlms.com

No computer? No problem! The TalentLMS app is free in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

A. Search for and download the TalentLMS app

B. Once you open the app on your phone or tablet, enter the domain

                information based on your branch above (view example below) and click the Next button.

2Log in to LMS using your Office365 login information


• If you are already logged in to Office 365 online the LMS will automatically connect you to your learner homepage next time you visit the LMS website or open the mobile app.


• If you are not logged in, you'll need to type in the same email and password you use to access your work email, then verify your identity via Multi-Factor Authentication just as you would to access the rest of the Office 365 environment. After that, you won't need to log back in as long as you're logged in somewhere in the Office 365 environment. If you have not logged in before, please see the Office 365 FAQ on the IT Resources Sharepoint page.
