Motivate utilizes SSO (Single Sign On) so we can no longer do password resets. We use Dayforce Managed Services to assist with gaining access to Dayforce if you are unable to. 

Dayforce's Employee Contact Center will assist with all password reset requests.  The contact center can be reached at (800) 366-3130. They are open Mon - Fri (excluding holidays) 8:00am - 8:00pm EST. Employees can also reach out via email at DFcontact@dayforce.com. There is a 24-hour response time for all email requests.

If you need assistance updating your authentication phone number when logging into Dayforce using SSO please submit a ticket to IT servicerequest@motivateco.com for help with this. 

If you are a former Motivate employee you can still gain access to Dayforce to view pay stubs, tax forms etc.
