Paid Family Leave (PFL): Allows eligible employees to take job-protected, paid time off to bond with a new child, care for a seriously ill family member, or assist loved ones when a family member is deployed abroad on active military service.
Disability Benefits Law (DBL): Provides temporary cash benefits to eligible employees who are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness, injury, or disability (including pregnancy).
