Cigna’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available at no cost to Motivate employees who are enrolled in one of the offered medical benefit plans, as well as their covered dependents and spouses. This employer-paid program offers a broad range of confidential support services, including short-term counseling, 24/7 crisis hotline assistance, and resources for managing personal, work, financial, and family-related challenges. It’s designed to provide convenient, accessible help when employees need guidance, support, or referrals for additional care. 


Employees can find more information by logging into their MyCigna.com account. Under “Coverage,” there is an EAP tab that includes detailed information on available services and resources.
