Once your The Work Number account has been created, you can quickly generate and download Employment Letters or Employment & Income Letters directly from the portal. These documents are commonly used for housing applications, loans, government assistance programs, immigration processes, and other situations requiring proof of employment or income.
Follow the steps below to access and download the letter you need.
Requesting Employment or Income Letters:
Once logged in, select "Letters Center" at the top of the screen.
Under the company name "Motivate", select the type of letter you need:

Employment & Income Letter
Click "Generate" to download your PDF letter.
