Monday December 4 - Monday December 18 (11:59 PM EST) 

Please note that this is an ACTIVE enrollment which requires employees to make a benefits selection in order to have coverage in 2024. If you will be waiving coverage you still must complete 2024 Open Enrollment in Dayforce and select the "waive" option for each benefit. 

Health Coverage

The Benefits Open Enrollment period is your opportunity to enroll in, waive or change your benefits elections for 2024. These benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as annual contributions to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA).

Updates for 2024 

• You will now be able to make commuter benefit elections and changes directly in Dayforce! 
• Clarity is our new vendor for commuter benefits.
• Mutual of Omaha is our new vendor for Life Insurance, Disability and Absence Management. 
• For our Cigna vision coverage we now participate in-network with EyeMed. 
• If you have any questions or concerns while completing your Benefits enrollment you will now be able to call the Employee Contact Center for assistance starting December 4, 2023.  The lines are open from Monday 8:00 AM EST - Friday 8:00 PM EST Phone: (800) 366-3130 If email is your preferred method of contact there is a 24 hour response time. Life Insurance Coverage

If you want to elect Life Insurance for yourself, spouse or a child for the first time or you have existing coverage, you can elect up to the guaranteed issue amount of $100,000.   If you want to elect more than $100,00 in coverage you will be subject to an Evidence of Insurability (EOI) and no changes in your life insurance will be in place until the EOI is completed. If applicable, look out for an email from the benefits team for your next steps.

Important Information: 

1. If you are in the DC & Bay Area, you may be eligible for a health insurance waiver payment if you complete, sign, and show proof of coverage elsewhere. The waiver forms are available here and you can have your manager open a ticket with the benefits team and send it on your behalf. 
2. If you make any elections over $100,00 for life insurance, you will be subject to evidence of insurability with Mutual of Omaha.
3. Benefit overviews, rates, webinars and short-term disability information can be found on the PHD.

5. If you need help in finding an in-network doctor with Cigna, please check here. Note, we participate in the Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) network.
6. As of January 1, 2024, you will have access to login or register on mycigna.com to view your digital ID cards. You can expect to receive physical cards in the mail within the first 2-3 weeks of January.
