2025 Open Enrollment Period:

Monday November 4 - Friday November 15 (11:59 PM EST)

Please note that this is a PASSIVE Open Enrollment. Employees will be automatically re-enrolled in their current plans (subject to 2025 rates) unless they choose new benefit elections for 2025. To enroll in HSA and/or FSA plans for 2025, you must make new elections during Open Enrollment. If you’re waiving coverage, you must complete Open Enrollment in Dayforce and select the "waive" option for each benefit.

Health Coverage

The Benefits Open Enrollment period is your opportunity to enroll in, waive or change your benefits elections for 2025. These benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as annual contributions to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA).

Updates for 2025

  • Employee Premiums/Contributions
  • We're excited to announce that in vitro fertilization (IVF) is now included in our benefits packages as defined by the plan.
  • You will now be able to make commuter benefit elections and changes directly in Dayforce!
  • Mutual of Omaha offers an annual increase option for EMPLOYEE ONLY, allowing employees to raise their optional life insurance coverage by up to $20,000 without Evidence of Insurability (EOI) until they reach the guaranteed issue limit of $100,000.

  2. If you make any voluntary life elections for life insurance >$20,000 more than your current coverage amount, you will be subject to evidence of insurability with Mutual of Omaha. If you have no current coverage amount, you will be subject to evidence of insurability with Mutual of Omaha.
  3. Benefit overviews, rates, webinars and short-term disability information can be found on the PHD.
  4. If you have any specific questions on coverage, please contact our Cigna pre-enrollment line at 888-806-5042.
