Motivate uses the employee number to match Dayforce data to Fieldwork data. For this to occur, the data team needs the full employee number in the name of Fieldwork.The correct format for a fieldwork username is First Name Last Name (M001234).
To make sure all staff have the correct employee number in their Fieldwork profile, the data team has set up weekly reports where they check all active Fieldwork usernames against Dayforce records. If there is a fieldwork user that does not match an active Dayforce user, it will show up on this report.

If the Fieldwork user is not a Motivate employee, the following can be used to correct them in the report. They should be in parenthesis to match the format.
Lyft: Used by Lyft to identify their employees
Partner: Used by Lyft to identify City/Jurisdictions OR Third-Party organizations
Generic: Used by Motivate to identify warehouse keys, non-employee keys, or other. Keys with this designation should only be used with approval of Senior Managers with an explicit business case. They must be kept secure when not in active use.
