  • PHD- People Help Desk: This is our ticketing system and library of instructional articles are posted on a variety of topics including HR, Safety, and Operations. Both managers and hourly employees can access the articles posted. You can submit tickets for payroll issues, footage requests and more for service by the People Team.
  • Dayforce: Motivate’s primary HR information system. This is the application we use for timekeeping, payroll, reporting, training and more.
  • SharePoint: Motivate’s primary file sharing application. Please reach out to your manager for access to your Department and Market specific SharePoints.
  • OPS SOURCE: SharePoint for in-depth SOPs produced by Motivate. Owned by the Business Operations team.
  • Lyft Document Portal: Technical documentation and SOPs for Lyft products and services
  • Geotab: Vehicle management program.
  • Dayforce MyPath Training: Use this interactive guide to learn the ins and outs of navigating Dayforce.
  • New Hire Roadmaps: These roadmaps will show what new hires (and you, as a new manager!) need to learn on their first day, within their first two weeks, and within their first month.
  • Motivate Employee Handbook: Handbook covering Governing Principles, Operational Policies, Benefits, Leaves of Absences, General Standards of Conduct, and Appendices
